We are a 4 star standard resort are are the only property having all water facing suites. The largest room size in our category and the use of LCD TV's, teak wood and real oil paintings make us a true value proposiiton. The rooms are just 3 meters from the water and each room comes with a private balcony to enjoy the view. The promoters already have a 15 year track record in hotels and our staff are especially trained to handle foreign guests. A pool, gym and massage center make the resort ideal for relaxing. Our range of activities include evening sunset cruises, fisihng and much more. 40 suites, meeting and games rooms, and other play areas are spread out over 4.5 acres of lush green. We have tie ups with the locals that ensure you get the most authentic Kerala experiences in areas such as cuisine, village walks and even farming.

The Resort is built on the river Pennar and surrounded by lush green paddy fields on all sides. The river on one side leads to a duck farm a few kilometers away. The river on the other side leads to the grand Vembanad lake in about 400 meters and so the resort is ideally located no matter where you want to go. The property is accessible by road as well as by boat. Another great boon is the proximity of the resort to the bird sanctary. It being just a kilometer away guests can see a wide plethora of birds from across the world visiting the hotel grounds by evening. The resort is inside a side road so noise of cars or any other traffic can be heard. It is the closest resort from the Kochi international airport and is only 300 meters away from the nearest bus stop. Kottayam-16km is the closest railway station.
