The Beach and Lake is a small Ayurvedic Resort, 7 KMs south of Trivandrum International Airport. Its nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Parvathiputhanar, Karamana rivers, situated on an island and main land, blessed by nature. On one side are the backwaters, bordered by a forest of coconut palms, a natural habitat for may rare birds.On the other side, a secluded expanse of beach, stretching 5 KMs to the lively resort of Kovalam.Along the way meet only local fishermen working in traditional Keralan ways. This tranquil oasis is solely accessed by the resorts own boat, the boatman always available to ferry you to and from the local village of Pachalloor or the beach. The 11 spacious and well furnished rooms at the resort all have individual verandas offering a sea and lake (river) view. Hot water and room service are available 24 hrs a day. If you are not prescribed an Ayurvedic diet the restaurant offers a Multi-cuisine menu of high standard.
