The Country Relais I Due Laghi **** is a charming hotel where Guests are welcomed with familiarity and professionalism. The Hotel has been obtained out of an ancient Country house in the Campagna Romana, and is located in a property which covers more than 150 hectares. It is surrounded by ancient post stations placed along the French Route, which was used by travellers of the Grand Tour since the 19th century. In the possession are bred goats, sheeps, cows of the Maremma and horses. Meat and cheese produced in the cheese-factory of the property, refurnish the restaurant La Posta de Cavalieri, which is located in the Country Relais.Moreover, the possession is supplied with a Horse-riding circle and organizes the Irish Drag Hunt, it is possible to ride with an instructor and to make promenades with a guide.The Drag Hunt is organized in the period which goes from October to May. The Horse-riding circle was the first in Italy to be approved by the notorious British Horse Society, in 1999. The scenario is that of the Tuscia, also called High Latium or Southern Etruria. It is a land rich of History, Archaeology, Architecture, Nature, besides of being a transit passage for all those who were directed towards Rome. The property I Due Laghi or The Two Lakes, which is biologically certified, extends between both the lakes of Bracciano and Martignano, and is surrounded by the homonymous Regional National Park.
