This bright, airy condo, on the top floor of a recently restored medieval building, is set in the heart of Assisi just steps from the main square. From the furnished terrace, guests can soak in panoramic views of the surrounding plains, the impressive fortress and the church of Santa Chiara. Outdoor parking and public garages are located just a short distance from the property. During the weekends and on public holidays, the town center is closed to traffic between 4 and 8 pm. In order to reach your apartment for loading and unloading purposes, please visit the municipal government office to obtain a permit. A cleaning fee of euro 13 and a deposit of euro 250 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria is the green heart of Italy.
