The Villa has undergone only slight alterations in order to accomodate the Hotel. The farm Buildings surrounding the villa have been carefully converted into 40 comfortable lodgings. There are also 20 villas and chalets dispersed throughout the area away from the centre of the village hidden amongst the shady pine trees.

The splendid landscape of this area is very difficult to describe. The deep reds of the earth contrasts with the green of the pine trees creating an ever changing prospective that must be seen to believed. The estate is surrounded by 12 Km of coastline. the sea is a shade of light diaphanous blue that is almost unreal. Its cliffs are home to one of the largest colonies of herring gulls in Italy.
