Tiny stone-built house perched on a cliff above the sea from where you can see a 180A? stretch of the north-western coast of Sicily and of the Eolie islands in the distance. The sea is approx. 300 m away as the crow flies, but can be reached by car (approx. 2 km) (Castel di Tusa) where there is a mixed sand, pebble and rocky beach. Peaceful position even if higher up above the house there is a secondary motorway exit. The house is characterized, not only by a very beautiful view, but also by an equipped terrace for outdoor dining near the entrance to the living room and a second terrace that is sunny and reserved on the opposite side, also with view. Parking. Cleaning fee of euro 20 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Sicily, the largest island of the Mediterranean, it is also a place blessed with a richness of tradition and culture. Each town has strong local customs, complete with its own traditions, cuisine and dialect, all ready to provide you with the complete Italian experience.
