This lovely studio apartment is part of a villa in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. Amenities include a swimming pool shared with neighboring Casa Nardo. From the terrace, guests will enjoy the vast, soothing views over the rolling hills. Situated next to the house are a spacious, landscaped lawn and a furnished terrace. On-site parking is shared with the owners. A cleaning fee of euro 14 and deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria is the green heart of Italy.
