Near Florence and other Tuscan art filled cities Florence is easily reached by bus which provide service to and from the city about every 30 minutes the last bus comes back at 8,30 pm. The Relais furthermore permits easy half day or day visits to many other famous Tuscan cities, such as Siena, Lucca, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Pisa, and Arezzo. By public transportation: From the central train station of Santa Maria Novella in Florence, there is a direct bus to Impruneta that stops very close to Relais. The bus departure terminal is on the left hand side of the train station if you stand with your back to the tracks. It takes about half hour to reach Impruneta and buses run frequently, about every 30 minutes. Please remember that the last bus from Florence to Impruneta runs at 8.30 pm By car: from the Sun expressway A1 take the Florence Certosa exit and head for Tavarnuzze along the state route Via Cassia. Less than 1 km thereafter, take a left following the sign for Impruneta. Continue on the Imprunetana road for about 4 km until you see a white sign for Impruneta look on the right and you will see the sign that brings you to Relais Villa l Olmo.
