Pleasant holiday house (65 m2) created from the careful restoration of an old mill, immersed in a bamboo grove on the banks of a small river. 30 m away, behind the house there is a main road which cannot be seen from the house (no windows face onto this road) where there is a restaurant. Very shaded outdoor area with garden furniture. Parking. Internet access. Cleaning fee of euro 20 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Florence lies inside a circle of splendid hills on the border between the lower and upper Valdarno, in a scenery of olive, pine and cypress tree groves. Florence is art and history, churches and museums all of which have become destinations for visitors from around the world.
