This cozy cottage is set in the hills of the Roman countryside, surrounded by the ghosts of the famous Roman Aqueducts and only a short distance from the ruins of Ponte Amato, considered one of the most beautiful of the Roman era. The completely fenced-in property has a spacious, well-kept and well-equipped lawn, with a barbecue, lawn furniture and a swimming pool. Secluded, private and peaceful, the gated setting makes for an ideal vacation getaway. Parking is available onsite. A cleaning fee of euro 13 and a deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
