About Mont Blanc Hotel Village
The hotel is closed from the 1st of October until the winter season starts on 1st of December 2010. Nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, surrounded by the most awe-inspiring mountain peaks, Mont Blanc Hotel Village is a cluster of pretty wood and stone chalets, reminiscent of a tiny alpine settlement. With a gourmet restaurant, a spa with indoor and outdoor pools and rooms with terraces or balconies, it is ideally placed for some of the best skiing in Europe. It feels excitingly remote and romantic here. It is warm and inviting in winter, with crackling fires and flickering shadows falling across the wooden beamed ceilings. In summer the terracotta floors are cooling and windows open to a refreshing mountain breeze and green alpine meadows. Luxuriate in the spa, with its beauty centre and steam grotto. Close to Courmayeur, you can enjoy skiing in the winter, or in the summer, take country rambles or go climbing. Roman remains in nearby Aosta are worth visiting too. In the evening, return to the hotel and dine on some of the best regional cuisine.
The Mont Blanc Hotel Village is located in the small village of La Salle, just 10 km far from Courmayeur and 28 km from Aosta. It takes just 2 min. walking to the bus station and 10 minutes to railway station. France is easely reachable by car through Mont Blanc Tunnel .
