The Poggiogufo property consists of three classic Italian villas, set just a short distance from one another and situated atop on an acre of private land atop a hill. Each villa is equipped with central heating, its own outdoor patio area and parking and shared facilities include a swimming pool and washing machine. The medieval church of San Lorenzo and a 200 million year-old fossil forest are both adjacent to the property, only 2.5 miles away. Cribs are available for a charge of euro 20 per week. Cleaning fee of euro 18 and deposit of euro 400 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
