The Hotel La Residenza is an ecohotel certified by the EcoWorldHotel environmental quality mark, located in a green and quiet area in the northern part of Milan named Affori. The subway station (M3 Affori Centro) is only 300 mt far from the hotel and it allows to reach quickly the center. The 60 rooms are all equipped with all the commodities such as wi-fi, radio, etc. Rooms especially fitted and fully accessible for the disabled are available on the ground floor. Another element that represents the environmental friendliness of the Hotel La Residenza is its innovative BiologicBar, a coffee-bar that is open to the public too, with also offers lunch service, with food and drinks from organic and biodynamic farming. For soccer lovers, there is also a large screen to enjoy live matches.
