Five spacious and cosy holiday apartments obtained from the recent restoration of an ancient farmhouse of particular architectural charm, situated inside a property of 30 ha in southern Umbria, set in a particularly beautiful and absolutely peaceful landscape. The completely stone-built farmhouse is situated on a gentle hill from which you can enjoy a broad view of the countryside and of the pretty woods making up part of the property and where you can go for charming walks. Shared and in a secluded and sunny position is the floodlit swimming pool (14x7) with Roman-style staircase. Each apartment has a reserved outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. At the guests' disposal in an old wood burning oven that has been completely restored and a covered but open structure to be used for outdoor dining. Possibility of a chef on request. Access to the property along a flat dirt track road in excellent condition that runs through the woods. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available Cleaning fee of euro 10 and deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria, the green heart of Italy, crossed by the Tevere River, offers to those who visit it a sense of peace and interior harmony.
