Relax at the hotels private beach at Paraggi or charter a boat and take the two-hour trip to the Cinque Terre and its pretty villages.

The Eight Hotel Portofino is located in Portofino, a place that continues to attract people from all over the world and all year around. It is a simple fishing village with narrow coloured houses, closely built on to the other, crossed by many narrow roads that lead to the very well-known square of polished pebbles already famous in the whole world. This jewel has already hosted important personalities that have made and continue to make history. Behind the stage of boutiques and yachts, the Mediterranean scrub of the Nature Park stretches out luxuriant and unspoilt, cross by many paths where still today the tracks of an ancient peasant civilisation are preserved. In the tiny narrow harbour a handful of open fishing boats are moored amongst the luxury leisure vessels.
