Beautiful countryside home (250 m2) that dates back to the end of the 19th century, situated the side of a gentle hill that slopes down to the sea. The villa is part of a 12 ha estate with olive groves and carob trees. Extensive view of the countryside that extends as far as the sea. Peaceful position, even if on the side there is a secondary road. A large equipped terrace (barbecue) and swimming pool (6x14) open all year round, situated on a lower level, face out towards the sea, with a spacious equipped sun terrace. On the backside is a second large terrace from which you enter onto a well cared for lawn positioned laterally along the villa. Parking. Cleaning fee of euro 10 and deposit of euro 500 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Sicily, the largest island of the Mediterranean, it is also a place blessed with a richness of tradition and culture.
