The Hotel is at 20, Piazza di Spagna, The Spanish Steps on the third floor, with an elevator, of an 18th century palace design by Ing. Pierret, ancestor of the actual owners, also mentioned in a marble plaque on the facade. Most of the windows look over the Spanish Steps, so close that it almost seems to participate to the promenade going on and on. The entrance to the third floor was conceived as the prosecution of a typical Roman alley, both for the paving and the lighting. The care with which the ambience was made and the furnishings set this Hotel on top of elegance and luxury.
