Within the hotel a modern di??cor with simple elegance characterizes the 70 rooms and suites, all cured in detail to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay. 52 Classic Rooms, double and triple, of about 30 sqm, offer all the comforts of a 4 star hotel 13 Junior suites, triple and quadruple (the latter "Junior Suite Family", some with mezzanine), approximately 40 sqm, with kitchenette and private balcony. 4 Senior Suites, quadruple, of about 50 sqm, 2 of the Suites are composed of two rooms, furnished with sofa bed, kitchenette and large private terrace overlooking the golf course. 1 Presidential Suite, of about 70 sqm, composed of two rooms, with double bed, a snug living room with kitchenette and large bathroom.

Santi di Preturo is a small medieval village developed around the parish church of St. Donato, whose origins date back to the X century A. D. The village, which lies in a valley 870 m. above sea level, is crossed by the Rio Forcella, fed by a perennial spring known since Roman times, The Village, intensely populated through out the 40s, though since the mid-50s there was a rapid abandonment of the village and only in the last 20 years their has been a gradual recovery. Here know resides some workshops belonging to the association "La Bottega delle Ape Operose." It offers the opportunity to participate in courses of Tombolo ( lacemaking ), pottery, as well as the possibility to purchase handcrafted artefacts.
