This holiday rental is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Siracusa Ortigia, a delightful town in southeastern Sicily. Ideally positioned in the picturesque city center overlooking the seaside promenade, this apartment affords guests broad, beautiful views of the sea from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. The historic setting is nicely offset against the up-to-date, nicely-appointed interiors. There is public parking available below the house. A cleaning fee of euro 12 and a deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean, is blessed with a richness of tradition and culture that is distinctive and diverse. Each town proudly showcases its own version of Italian life, expressed through its unique traditions, cuisine and dialect.
