The house, divided into a main section and an annex, is located in the historic centre of Spello, a charming, centuries-old Umbrian town. It is splendidly situated, adjacent on one side to an historic church and overlooking the surrounding hills and valleys on the other. The property has a large, well-kept private garden and offers comfortable outdoor furnishings. Thanks to its central location, the house offers easy access to all the historic and artistic highlights Umbria has to offer. A cleaning fee of Euro 15 and deposit of Euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria is the green heart of Italy. The famous Tiber River winds its way through the bucolic region, and scenic expanses of rolling hills bring a sense of peace and relaxation, ideal for visitors looking to enjoy a restful Italian vacation.
