Born as logistic support in the year 1969, offered hospitality to workers that contributed to the construction of the town As industrial zone. Today a hotel with 39 rooms, single, double or three bed rooms, that offers hospitality to 63 people. All rooms are with WC, bath, telephone and TV. The hotel offers also an outstanding restaurant service and a large parking site.

It is located between the centre of Trieste and the industrial zone, near the border with Slovenia and a few minutes from the Val Rosandra natural park, an ideal place for lovers of excursions in nature. The hotel location is easy to reach both by car or by public transport.
