The apartment has a reserved outdoor area with gazebo for outdoor dining. The owners live on the first floor. Parking. It is possible to have breakfast (30 Euro/person). Cleaning fee of euro 18 and deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Lucca - a city of Ligurian-Etruscan origins, enclosed by a circle of 16th-century walls, with its palaces, churches, towers and gardens is a small enchanted world. From the charming garden on top of the tower of Palazzo Guinigi there is a splendid view of the city.
