The apartment is near to Campo Santa Margherita, a pleasant and lively square where a small market is held each morning. Cleaning fee of euro 28 and deposit of euro 200 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. The intricate canals, staggered, colorful buildings and the rich history of the city make Venice a popular tourist destination throughout the year. On dry land, former palaces and prisons inspire and stunning artwork and ancient architecture fill the city with life.
