About Kara O Mula Country Lodge
Kara Omula Country Lodge is an eco-tourism lodge on the foot of Mount Mulanje. In line with Malawi Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife recommendations for ecotourism facility construction, local materials, principally stone, wood and thatch have been used in the construction of the lodge. Guest accommodations include large corridor rooms within the main building and the even more spacious chalets with vantage views of the great Mulanje Mountain, the surrounding tea estates, the Thyolo Highlands and mountains across the border with Mozambique.
