DOWNTOWN HOTEL is the most recent hotel to open on Malta s idyllic sister island of Gozo. The hotel is within immediate walking distance from the town centre, including Gozo s central bus terminus, the main shopping streets, Victoria s historic Citadel, the Villa Rundle gardens as well as all other services and amenities. The hotel has forty spacious and well-equipped rooms on two floors. All rooms include private bathrooms, TV, minibar, telephone, hairdryer and, of course, airconditioning. Approximately half of the rooms available also enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Marsalforn valley and, further on, the sea. Although Downtown hotel is rated three star, every effort has been made to ensure that all rooms conform to four star standards in terms of facilities, comfort and design. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel provides rooms with facilities and access for people with special needs.

The Downtown Hotel is the only hotel in Victoria, the main town on the island of Gozo. It lies just off the center of the town, within easy walking distance from the bus terminus with access to all other locations on Gozo, the Citadel, the open air-market and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Most of the rooms are with balconies, some of them with spectacular scenic country views.
