Before becoming a hotel originally this 17th century building was a pharmacy. In 1935 it had a devastating fire that almost destroyed the property and a few years later in 1940; the 4 star Hotel Alameda was opened with what was considered a very modern style at that time. Now respecting its architecture and keeping most of the detail and works of art; the hotel has the advantages expected of a modern hotel and provides a luxury service. Hotel Alameda features beautiful guestrooms with modern or colonial decoration and a wide number of convenient amenities including WiFi to make your stay even more delightful in this historical city. There is a 4 storey car park close to the hotel.
