The 4 star Catalina Beach Resort is a small and charming hotel nestled in lush tropical gardens and set on a hill overlooking the sea. It also boasts magnificent views of La Ropa Beach; which is one of the finest beaches in Mexico. Our freshwater infinity pool sits on the bottom of the hill; overlooking the white sandy beach and the picturesque bay of Zihuatanejo. All guest rooms have a wonderful view of the Ocean and are equipped with a bathroom; hairdryer; terrace; telephone and TV. The Hotel Restaurant is situated on the opposite side of the bay entrance; providing it with a refreshing breeze and beautiful view over the bay and Las Gatas Beach. The Catalina has three convenient bars; the most famous of them being the Panoramic Sunset Bar. The resort has 2 parking lots; one on the upper level and one on the lower level. Additional Information: Children aged 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children aged 13-16 pay 20 USD. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
