The 2 star Hotel de Munck - built in 1727 - is located in the canal area, opposite the park of the Frederiksplein and next to a canal. It is a quiet street within easy reach of several tram stops. It`s dating back to the height of the East India Compagny when it served as a captain's residence, and retains it historical charm. The reception and breakfast area is decorated in the style of the 60's, including an original AMI jukebox. During spring and summer time the garden of the hotel is filled with flowers. All 16 rooms are contemporarily furnished and provide our guests with modern facilities: color TV, telephone, radio and most of them have private shower/bath and toilet. Besides the double rooms and the apartment / family room, there are quad rooms and triple rooms available.
