Hotel V Frederiksplein opened in 2008 and is built in early 19th century, monumental, located at a brilliant spot in the city centre, on the edge of the beautiful Frederiksplein and the trendy Pijp area. Perfect for getting to know Amsterdam there is a taxi stand across the street and four trams stop in front of the door all day taking you everywhere in a short ride; at walking distance from the glamorous shops and restaurants in the Utrechtsestraat. The Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein, with their spectacular nightlife, are close by. All famous museums and theatres can be easily reached as is the Rai convention centre. But really breathtaking is the view from the whole lobby. Watch Amsterdam life passing you by while sitting comfortably. In the summer the lobby will feel like an inside terrace.
