About Grasmere Lodge
A working sheep station near Arthur s Pass in the heart of the Southern Alps,Grasmere Lodge combines a genuine taste of rural New Zealand with superb accommodation, a pool, a spa, fine dining and an extensive choice of leisure opportunities. Grasmere Lodge is in the Southern Alps of the South Island, 90 minutes drive west of Christchurch. State Highway 73 is in good condition, with little traffic, and the lodge is well-signposted. A complimentary transfer is available by prior arrangement from the TranzAlpine Express train stop at Cass.
