About Fiordland Lodge

Set in a World Heritage Area, Fiordland Lodge offers the discerning traveller comfort and privacy. The elegance and splendour of the lodge is mirrored in the breathtaking views of Lake Te Anau and Fiordland. Private and serene, with twelve guestrooms only, the Lodge is the perfect base for a Fiordland Experience. The open architecture of the Lodge reflects the vastness of the Fiordland National Park. High ceilings, full trunk pillars and massive riverstone fireplaces provide a warm and spacious environment with a sense of solidity and style. Situated on a rural property, just north of Te Anau, Fiordland Lodge is the perfect base from where to discover the magic of the Fiordland National Park, including Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, the Milford, Hollyford and Kepler Tracks and the Grand Traverse. It is possible also to take scenic flights over this extensive wilderness. Hosts Ron and Robynne Peacock have a long association with the Fiordland area, and enjoy sharing their knowledge with their guests. Ron works as a fishing guide by day, driving or flying to the various rivers and streams within easy access from the Lodge.

Fiordland Lodge is situated on the Milford Sound Highway, SH94.
