We are located in Boquete, Panama, 440 Km West from Panama City, and 40 minutes North driving from David City, where the Enrique Malek Airport is located. A short 5 minute walk takes the guests to downtown Boquete, where shops, restaurants and other attractions are located. Attractions and Activities nearby The award winning Boquete coffee Boquete is home to some of the most unique, sought-after and awarded coffees in the world and boquetenos take great pride on that fact. A coffee tour often includes a visit to coffee plantations and to processing plants, and usually ends with a cupping of coffee. Parque Internacional La Amistad (PILA) La Amistad is inhabited by diverse and complex flora and fauna that reflects the ecological importance of Panama as a path between North and South America. The Park is a renowned destination for birdwatchers. Thousands of species of birds are ubiquitous of the area. The park is home to the elusive Resplendent Quetzal (Pharomachrus mocinno), an endangered beautiful bird considered sacred by the ancient Mayas that used to live all across Central America until recent times. Whitewater Kayaking and Rafting In Chiriqui Panama is considered a top destination for whitewater kayaking and river rafting. With over 100 inches of annual rain, there are more than 30 rivers in the area of Chiriqui suitable for these sports. From class II streams for the novice to class V for the seasoned paddler, the rivers in Chiriqui have something for every skill level. Add to this the lush tropical forests surrounding the rivers and you will have the perfect eco adventure.
