Palace in Paszkowka lies on the edge of the enchanting Droboza Plateau, 30 km Southwest of Krakow historic center. The surroundings are somewhat reminiscent of the Beskids, though less afforested. There are hill streams, patches of woodland and coppices. It is an ideal district for riding and cycling. The numerous small villages are quiet, neat and well maintained. There are many reminders of the past way of life here: blacksmiths' forges, wayside chapels and shines, country houses and estates of the nobility. From Freeway A4 in Skawina take the road 44 (Krakow - Oswiecim) towards Oswiecim. Head on for 15 km to Wielkie Drogi and turn south (left) at sign 'Paszkowka 2km'. In Paszkowka turn left again past the local church. 300 m ahead - there we are!
