Stylish and spacious apartments in the heart of Warsaw's city centre, top business and tourist location of the city. All our apartments are located in one building that is situated at the corner of two Warsaw's famous streets: Nowy Swiat and Chmielna. We offer you twice as much space as a hotel. Our apartments are typical flats with rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The building has 3 entrances and in one we have our office that provides the support and keys. The office is not walk through so the privacy is on the highest level. All apartments are equipped with LAN Internet connection, satellite digital TV, CD player, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. RECEPTION IS OPEN FROM 9AM TO 20PM from Monday to Friday, and from 9AM to 5PM on Saturday and Sunday. After opening hours please call: +48503312686. The reception is located in the apartment building, on the corner of two Warsaw's famous streets: Nowy Swiat and Chmielna. When you get to Royal Route Residence (name on the top of the building) please find the entrance to the office from the courtyard through the gate at 27 Nowy Swiat St. Press number 3 on the intercom and get to 1st floor to find our reception office. Some of the apartments have the entrance different than the office, in some cases it is convenient to leave (if more than one person arriving) the luggage with somebody outside and send only one person upstairs to collect the keys and deal with formalities.
