On April 4.2006 a new hotel with the unique name Ulitka /Snail/appeared in Barnaul. The Ulitka is managed by a Greek hoteller. The 7-storey construction /with the area of 2 500 m2/ was built in 14 months from the moment of the old building demolition to the commission day of the new one. For Siberia it is a kind of record.
