The location of the Lodge du Delta Nioinka on a sparkling white sand beach of the Saloum Delta is absolutely unique. It is nestled on a heavenly island. The Saloum Delta National Park created in 1976 is a biosphere reserve : it is listed MAB ( Man and Biosphere) by UNESCO in 1981. 160 km from Dakar and 20 minutes boat transfer ( capacity maxi of 40 people on the large boat and 14 people on the small one) to reach the Dionewar Island. In Djiffer, at the embarkment for the Island, a Welcome Center has been created with waiting room, restrooms and a nice garden.
