The hotel is the former residence of the La Vanguardia newspaper and was designed by Josep MajA? Ribas. Established in 2003, the hotel is well suited to both holidaymakers and business guests. On offer are a total of 221 rooms, of which five are disability-friendly. The air-conditioned building includes a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, lift access, a bar, an Internet connection via WLAN, nine connected bright rooms for various events, room and laundry services, and a parking garage for those arriving by car. There is room for up to 160 persons in the two Mediterranean restaurants. One offers a complete breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner, while the other, the Tallers62, offers a range of fresh dishes for up to 50 guests in a cosy atmosphere.
