The building was built in 1975 renovated in 2002 and is made up of a 5-floor building with a total of 316 rooms of which 5 are singles and 311 are doubles. The hotel offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception and safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. It has a bar, a TV room, a games room and an air-conditioned A  la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area.
