The building was built in 1974 and renovated in 2004. It offers a total of 270 guestrooms spread over 18 floors, of which 36 are single rooms and 234 are doubles. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a conference room, a TV room and bicycle hire. In addition, the hotel has a comfortable bar, a supermarket, a hairdresser's salon and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for younger guests. Room service and medical care are at guests' disposal. The hotel also provides parking facilities for those arriving by car and a play area for children.
