About Albarragena

The Albarragena is placed in a family seat from the end of the 18th century. It provides 18 guestrooms (one single room, eight double superior rooms and one Junior Suite). The restaurant, together with its lounges, has a capacity for up to 140 people; the same time, the bar-cafeteria has 160 places. It privileged location turns it into an outstanding starting point in order to discover the monumental complex of this city, from 1986 UNESCO's heritage site. The house walls say the history: founded at the end of the 18th century, the clients of its restaurant, Torre de Albarragena, could taste the regional gastronomy in the same lounges which where the witnesses of the main Liberals of the beginning of the 19th century; you can also choose the chapel of the house as sleepi9ng place, the same one where Don Juan Donoso Cortes married, humanist of the 19th century and one of the most important speakers of this country. The offer is completed by a bar-cafeteria.
