Built in 1985, the complex was renovated in 2007 and is located along a main road. It contains a number of 3-storey buildings with a total of 324 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area (35,000 mA?), a substantial lobby , hire safes, a currency exchange desk, an Internet corner (for an added fee) and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it includes a game room, a supermarket, a shop, and nightclub. On the boulevard there are a restaurant and an old pirate ship which has been converted into a cosy bar. Laundry self service as well as medical assistance are also on offer. There are car parking facilities and a children's playground as well as a kids' club available for use.
