LOCATION: The three star Oleander Hotel is situated just 150 metres from the beach at Playa de Palma and 200 metres from the resort centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. ROOMS: The Oleander Hotel has 264 rooms on seven floors. Each room has a bathroom, telephone, terrace or balcony, air conditioning, central heating and a safety deposit box (at an extra cost). DINING FACILITIES: All meals are presented in form of buffets. There is also a bar and a cafe. SPORTS & LEISURE: The hotel features a swimming pool with separate childrens pool, sun terrace, playground, indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, games room with pool table, table tennis and television. 5 times a week there is a animation program with dance and competitions.
