HISTORY: Son Jorda is situated in the small village of Ruberts, right in the centre of Majorca, just 28 kms. from Palma and 22 kms. from the airport. The finca is composed of 3 houses built in the XVI c. and they were at the time the principal buildings of the village. One of them was the owner`s, in the other one livd the caretaker and the third one was a bodega for wine making. Attached to one of the hoses is a beautiful small church which dates from the XVIIIc.; it has 4 chapels and direct access to the hotel for those who wish to visit it. The estate of Son Jorda is surrounded by pine trees, palm trees, cypresses, bouganvillas and many othe Mediterranean species. A very old olive tree stands majestically in the centre of the patio. The swimming-pool with confortable deck-chairs and solarium and the tennis court integrate perfectly wit the rural surroundings. Narrow paths cross the grounds and a secluded bower in the garden invites you to enjoy the beauty and peace of the place... ROOMS: Every room in Son Jorda is equipped with Majorcan furniture, solid, rustic and attractive. All modern facilties such as telephone, television, air conditioning and heating blend with the rural atmosphere of the houses.
