The hotel complex was built in 1992 and renovated in 2002. The complex offers a total of 102 apartments/studios in three 4-storey buildings. There is a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Additional facilities include a cafA©, a bar, TV room and an air-conditioned A  la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available for younger guests; restaurant open from June to September or thereabouts). A conference room and an Internet terminal also count among the extensive facilities available at this hotel. Furthermore, guests may make use of the hotel's room and laundry services, medical assistance, car park and a garage.
