At the foot of the Lukmanier Pass about 1.235m above sea level is the cozy village of Disentis. In Disentis skiers have access to some 60km of marked downhill runs at altitudes between 1.150m and 2.920m with the longest run being 15km long. During the summer season Disentis is a haven for mountain bikers and hikers.
