Park Hotel Rovio is located in a hilly and sunny location at the foot of Mount Generoso in the typical Ticino village of Rovio and only 2 km from the Lugano Lake and 12 km from Lugano and Mednrisio. Park Hotel Rovio is nice and comfortable hotel; an oasis for peace and quite hospitality that has been family managed for over 30 years. A wonderful park and lawn invite guests to idle about offering a breathtaking view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Its excellent location allows the guests to enjoy or improve their fitness as the surrounding areas offer many walking possibilities. A heated swimming pool during the season and in addition a little play area make this place ideal for family holidays. There is a small fitness area; sauna and hydro massage as well as a small library for those quiet moments before its time for tasty meal. Our international cuisine and exquisite wine is served in either an air conditioned restaurant or on the outside terrace. All rooms are accurate and comfortable but different from each other and are equipped with bathroom with either bath or shower; hairdryer; private toilet; phone; safe deposit box; TV and mini bar. Some superior rooms have air conditioning at an extra charge 10 CHF per night per room and a hydro massage bathtub subject to availability. We also offer apartments for minimum stay of 7 nights and arrival on Saturday. The final cleaning cost of 70 CHF is not included in the Apartment price should the guest wish to use this service.
