In December 2000, the hotel was re-opened after an extensive renovation programme combining the restored tradition of the old days with modern facilities. The Blue Haven Hotel is built on a point with the sea on three sides and is situated on a 15-acre ocean front property at Bacolet Bay along the southern shore of Tobago. Located in a nice neighbourhood just of the capital of Scarborough, it is convenient to visit the town center, the market and the cultural sites etc. It is a 15-20 minute drive from the Crown Point International Airport.
