Kesre Hotel is at the end of Cemaliye dead end street, paralel to the main street of Alai??at?; thus it is a calm location just by the various dining and entertainment facilities the village offers, and also isolated from the crowd. Five of the seven rooms include double beds, and each of the rest has two single beds. The building is a Stone house, an example of common characteristic of Alai??at?s architecture, simply decorated by nostalgic furnishing and accesories. With each room having private bathroom, airconditioning, safety box and central heating system, and the fire place in the lobby, Kesre is the best choice for a comfortable holiday in all seasons. The visitors can have a fabuluous village breakfast in the morning, or refreshments in the afternoon under the shade of pergola in the large garden.

Alai??at? township is part of the district of i??e?me within Turkey's ?zmir Province. The town of Alai??at? is located on the "narrow waist" i??e?me Peninsula traces in its extremity. It is at the center of a corridor where the winds from the north to the south and in the reverse direction abound. The dominant summer wind of poyraz allows Alai??at? to "breathe", while lodos wind which blows more frequently in winter keeps the climate mild.
