About The Cock Inn
The Cock Inn Hotel is an 18th Century coaching inn located ina quiet village 15 minutes from Stansted Airport. The pub dates back to the 18th Century and serves traditional real ale all day. The hotel was only built in 2003 so it has a modern feel to it. The hotel offers 15 beautiful en-suite bedrooms, equipped with modern facilities, combined with the friendliness, service and charm of a family run village inn. The restaurant has recently been refurbished. We offer a wide choice of homemade English and Continental dishes as you would expect in a traditional country inn. On a Sunday you can try a traditional roast, which is served all day alongside a limited menu. All of our food is homemade, including our delicious desserts. Hotel guests are welcome to leave their cars at the hotel for GBP2.50 per day.
