About Roman Way Hotel
The Roman Way Hotel is built to a Roman style with a marble tiled lobby and classical columns and busts. The hotel was built in 1980 and owes its Roman villa style to its location on the historic Watling Street, providing you a unique setting for your break. Our classic theme continues in the naming of Neros Restaurant, which offers a varied and creative menu in a friendly but formal setting. Drinks are available from the cocktail bar or in Gilpins Lounge, a traditional lounge bar serving light meals and snacks throughout the day. The hotel has 56 comfortable en-suite bedrooms each with satellite TV, direct dial telephone, trouser press, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hospitality tray. We pride ourselves on extending a warm welcome to families with children with nine spacious family rooms available. We are also fully capable of hosting your business meetings and conferences with our five well furnished meeting rooms available to be booked for training courses, seminars, exhibitions or private dinners and parties. With its many original features in addition to the friendly and professional service the hotel provides as standard, guests can be sure of an enjoyable leisure and business break.
